Please check your site here: https://httpstatus.io for its status. The SEO analysis can only work if your site shows 200 OK status. If it’s okay, head over to Rank math > Status & Tools > Database Tools, remove transients and flush SEO analysis data then go on and Start SEO analysis again.

If the above does not solve your issue, and you’re using Cloudflare, make sure your Minimum TLS Version setting is TLS 1.2. If your current TLS setting is TLS 1.3 or higher, you will also get the above error.
To check and/or change your current Minimum TLS Version setting, go to:
Cloudflare > Dashboard > SSL/TLS > Edge Certificates > Minimum TLS Version

Could you confirm if the issue that you were facing is fixed?
If not, then it would appear like your web server is blocking access to our API.
Please make sure to whitelist the IP 134.90.148.114 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com.
If you are not sure, please ask your web hosting provider to do it for you.
Once done, you can run the SEO Analysis once again.
