Please log in to your PRO account(with the email you purchased the subscription) at https://rankmath.com/my-account/

Then, go to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect

Once done, you can update the PRO plugin from the plugin list.

If you are not able to find your PRO account details, please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account? You can add them in the designated sensitive data section

We were able to locate your Rank Math PRO subscription on the email ID in the sensitive data section.

The account with which you’ve posted this ticket is a Free Rank Math account linked to the email ID in the sensitive data section.

If you wish to get both accounts merged, then please let us know your preferred email ID.

Coming back to the update issue, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math PRO account (linked to the PRO account email ID) to trigger the auto-updates.
