Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

I have excluded the cache from the Cloudflare page rule and wp-rocket
But when I just change the theme with Cloudflare and cache plugins enabled I can see the site map. I am using THe GEm wp theme.

If the sitemap is working fine after changing the theme then there must be a conflict between your theme and Rank Math. Please get in touch with your theme’s author and inform them about the issue. They will be able to resolve the issue.
