Search Console Not Showing Charts

When viewing the search console only two charts consistently are drawn on the screen. I am using the Google Site Kit so I can still see the information when needed, but would like to see if the issue can be solved. I am using the Stratus Elementor based theme if that helps.

    Thanks,
    Andre

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

It is likely that this problem is as a result of the cached search console data. I can suggest that you refresh the data manually by heading over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Search console and click on the “Delete Recent Cache” and later “Update cache manually” button as shown below:

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Michael,
That did not help the problem ( I tried this before) . I reduced the cache limit to 60 days and repeated the process and all of the charts still do not appear.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the reply.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the follow up.

It looks like there is a conflict with your theme that is causing this problem. I have submitted this problem to our dev team for closer investigation and we will be getting back to you in a short while.

We appreciate your patience. Thank you.

    Hi,

It seems like your theme is trying to load the Roboto Sans font on the Search Console page which is causing a request to Google API. This is causing the charts to not load correctly.

If you switch to any other theme, you will notice that the charts load correctly.

Can you please talk to your theme provider and ask them to disable the Google API request generating from the Search Console page? Seeing as you are using a premium theme – the theme provider should be able to provide instructions on how to do that.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

I have reached out to their support team and hopefully will get a response today.

    Hi Andre,

    Thanks for the follow up.

Please let us know if we can provide any additional assistance.

    Thank you.
