indexed not submitted

Many of my pages won’t show up in Google search. When I check Google Search Console, I keep getting “indexed, not submitted in sitemamp”. I tried to troubleshoot based on the categories you have listed in that section of support, but none of those seem to do anything. I did check my sitemap and one that was submitted, which is without www, Dec. 10, 2020 looks good, but the second, with www, shows an error. I went into my Rankmath sitemap settings and resubmitted the sitemap. I don’t know if that is what I was supposed to do. I don’t have anything set to no index I couldn’t figure out why I’m getting no traffic to some of my posts that I think should be getting at least something. My posts do seem to be okay, but my pages aren’t. I have both soft and hard silos. I have a Fitness page, into an Exercises page, and then pages under that for specific exercises. None of those are showing up. I can’t find them in Google even when I put in my website name and the exact name of the page. Please help! Thanks! Matt
