    Hi, I’m on the free version of RankMath which states I’ll have 5 free credits of Content AI to try out. Yet when I go to my account it states I have 0 (I haven’t used any). Is there something I need to do? Excited to try it out, thank you!

    Can you please head over to your rankmath.com Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/.

    Check if you are able to your remaining credits as shown in my screenshot:

    If you still have credits remaining, please head over to your website’s dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and on this page, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Hi, it states 0/5 Content AI credits on the account dashboard, and I’m not sure why as I haven’t used any…? Thanks again for your continued help.

    Hello,

    The credits 0/5 means that you have a total of 5 credits and you have used 0 credits till now.

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Once done, you can follow this guide to trigger the Content AI for the first time and that update the credits in your website also: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-content-ai/#research-keywords
