Could you confirm if you’ve recently changed the domain/hosting?

I checked Google’s cached version of the website and it is showing the cached version of https://ayushshikshasamiti.com/.

However, I investigated and noticed a few issues on the website.

Firstly, I tested the variations of the website using https://httpstatus.io/ and two variations are returning errors.

Please get in touch with your web host regarding this as except for the preferred variation (which should return only a 200 status), all the variations should return a 301 + 200 status.

I also checked the robots.txt file on the website and the sitemap URL is not present there. Here’s a screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/Wp1mAT

Since bots access the robots.txt file while crawling, you should always mention the sitemap URL in there.

Please replace the entire contents of the robots.txt with the below rules:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

Sitemap: https://scoperadiology.com/sitemap_index.xml

If you’re using the robots.txt by Rank Math, then you can follow this guide to edit it: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-edit-robots-txt-with-rank-math/

Once done, please clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap (`https://scoperadiology.com/sitemap_index.xml’).

Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if the issue gets fixed.
