Divi compatibility issue. Draft posts are redirected to the homepage.

The issue I am having though is as follows. When the Rank Math SEO plugin activated, I can not edit with Divi existing draft posts – I am either redirected to the home page or the 500 error is thrown. I can access the regular Edit mode, but when I click Edit with Divi – I am redirected to the homepage. The issue relates only to the draft pages, not the pages published already (prior to Rank Math activation), these work fine. If I deactivate the plugin, things go back to normal, no issues.

I tested the Health Checker – with all plugins deactivated everything works as it should. The Rank Math activation causes the problem to reappear.
Can you please have a look.

    Thank you
    Vlad

    Hello,

Can you also add your site’s FTP access in the Sensitive Data Section? We’ll have to debug this issue by editing some files.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi,

It doesn’t look like the FTP details are correct.

    Please check again.

Also, please make sure that you give us access to the correct folder. We will need access to the wp-content folder to make any changes but access to the full WP folder is preferred.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

The memory was getting exhausted on your site because you were using seo_description variable in Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Title & Meta >> Description. I changed it to excerpt, and that seemed to have fixed the issue. Can you please confirm?

Please don’t use %seo_title% & %seo_description% variables in SEO Title & Description fields. When you use these variables in SEO fields, the function calls itself and causes a timeout issue. Instead of these variables, you can use %title% & %excerpt% in SEO fields.

I hope that helps. Thank you.
