Could please confirm if you wish to delete the content of the homepage or the redirection of your homepage? Do note that Rank Math’s redirection doesn’t redirect the primary domain or your homepage at the moment.
If your homepage currently has a redirection, the redirection must be configured within your .htaccess file or from any other plugin. If you managed to remove that redirection, then the homepage will return as 200.

In this case, I would suggest getting in touch with your web host as they are in a better position for checking the redirects applied to your homepage.
