Are you referring to your breadcrumbs? If so, please ensure that you have selected your “Primary Taxonomy” option as “Category” under Rank Math > Titles & Meta > [your post type].
If it seems I am still missing something, please share the affected URL or a screenshot of the affected area so we can further debug or replicate the issue.

Thanks for the quick reply. My problem is in the back-end where you should have the option to select the primary Taxonomy. I have to custom post types, On the first one (properties) its working well but on the other one (Projects) the option to select the primary taxonomy is just missing.

To add the option to select a primary category, you will have to first select a Primary Taxonomy for your post type. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Projects > Primary Taxonomy and select Categories.
The issue should be resolved after that. Let us know if it doesn’t. We are here to assist.

Does the primary taxonomy works also on other plugins such as jet filters or only for the bread crumbs use?

The primary taxonomy option only works for the Rank Math Breadcrumbs, it will not work for other plugins.
