rank math auto generated sitemap is not working

    Hello,
    I have been using Rankmath as the SEO plugin for one of my websites. Everything was fine, but a few days back, I found something unusual when I clicked on the sitemap link.

    After clicking the link, it shows the following –

    This page doesn’t seem to exist.
    It looks like the link pointing here was faulty. Maybe try searching?

    I have already tried the solution – going to to settings > permalinks and save settings – but this left me with the same issue.

    Will you please take a look into it and help me solve the problem?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    If Rank Math doesn’t create a sitemap file or if you are getting a 404 error while trying to access your sitemap index, you may have to flush permalinks. Don’t be scared, it is fairly easy to do.

    Simply head over to your WordPress admin area and go to Settings > Permalinks and hit the “Save Changes” button once even if you didn’t make any changes on the page.

    This should fix the issue.

    I have already done that (the permalink > save changes) procedure.

    Now, it’s showing a white or blank screen when I click on the sitemap url of my site.

    Hello,

    Please exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    Once done, clear the website and browser cache.
