    Hi,
    You tried yesterday to reorder my 199$ subscription, send me an email to act, and today it’s disabled… That’s a bit harsh i even doesn’t have the time to follow your email instruction xD

    Normally you should try to reorder the subscription 2 or 3 times before stating that the customer should be disabled…
