    Hi!
    I’m solving a problem with wordpress pages since last week – and I included the Divi support to help me out. We’re unable to find the source of the problem, but I suspect it could be related to RankMath setup.

    We use four pages with slugs which are the same as categories. Divi support says we shouldn’t do that. However, in the past, that was not a problem and pages were displaying correctly. Since last week or so, the four pages started to show archive pages of the categories. Is there any setting in RankMath that could relate to this problem? I couldn’t find any reason myself.

    You can check for instance:
    https://clausmoller.com/en/productivity/ is showing the category archive.
    I had to change the slug to https://clausmoller.com/en/productivity2/, which is the page with the content that should be displayed.

    So I would like the page to be displayed and use the slug /…/productivity

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Links and disable the Strip Category Base option.

    That should resolve the issue. Let us know if it doesn’t. We are here to assist.

    I hope the above link works. It’s a switch:
    Open External Links in New Tab/Window

    Automatically add target=”_blank” attribute for external links appearing in your posts, pages, and other post types to make them open in a new browser tab or window. The attribute is dynamically applied when the content is displayed, and the stored content is not changed.

    Hello,

    It seems like you are using the easy mode of Rank Math. Please switch to the Advanced mode using the following guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/

    You should be able to see the option after switching to the Advanced mode.

    This didn’t resolve the issue. I’m still getting the Category archive displayed instead of the page content.

    Could be this issue related to Category named the same as the page slug? I was reading the internet and there are various threads to this kind of problem.

    However, we used to have our webpage displaying the webpage correctly until recently, and we want to keep the page slug as it was (…\productivity) and also the category named the same – as this is a natural heading for our content.

    Hello,

    You obviously can’t have multiple pages with the same URL as that won’t work with or without Rank Math enabled.

    Each page should only load on its specific URL.

    If you disable the option to remove the category base from our plugin you can load the categories on the page with the base (post-category) and the actual page about this topic on it’s original URL: https://clausmoller.com/en/productivity/
