    Hello,

    I was one of the first to purchase your RankMath Pro Subscription. I got an email advising my subscription would renew automatically, however, all of my websites say I don’t have an active licence? Can you please help me ASAP?

    We do not see any payment from the account you are messaging us from.

    Did you perhaps use another account to make the purchase? If so, please share the last 4 digits of the payment card or the full name you used while purchasing.
