Rankmath not working - Support

Rank Math free

I have had rank math pro installed on this website – advancevisibility.co.uk – for nearly 3 months now and still can’t get any analytical data to show.

It seems that you have opened this ticket using a Rank Math Free account.

Please login to your Rank Math PRO account with the email you purchased your subscription at https://rankmath.com/my-account/

For initial troubleshooting, please follow these steps:

1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

I have followed your instructions, however, I don’t seem to have a button that says ‘update data manually’

Please reload your page after clicking on the Delete Data button and you will be able to see the Update Data Manually button.

Hello,

Please check if cron jobs are working on your website or not, you can use the WP-Crontrol plugin to check that.

In order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cronjobs working and enabled in your installation.

If the cron jobs are working and the data is not fetched, reconnect the Google account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings:

The data fetch should start once you configure the settings.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
