It is caused by the Breadcrumbs you are using. Please replace your theme’s breadcrumbs with the ones Rank Math offers. You can add the PHP code in your theme files manually for that:
​WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Breadcrumbs.
​
​If you aren’t certain where you need to place the breadcrumbs, please ask your theme provider. They will be able to tell you which files and what code to replace.
​

There does not appear to be any data-vocabularly.org schema on your product pages which may suggest that this is a false positive.
