Title text replaced by Rank Math

My image title text gets replaced by Rank Math. I have the “Add missing TITLE attributes” switched on to cover for the images where I don’t have a title. But for posts I have made sure I have a relevant title. So even though it says in the explaining text: “Add TITLE attribute for all images

without

a TITLE attribute automatically. The attribute is dynamically applied when the content is displayed, and

the stored content is not changed

“.

The title is changed. How can this be avoided?

Here’s a small video that shows:
1. The title of the image in the media library (kolfiberflock-i-modell).
2. The title of the post (De vanligast förekommande armeringstyperna).
3. The title tag (not captured by the video sw), but as you can see in the html the title is now De vanligast förekommande armeringstyperna 4.
4. This is the format set by Rank Math.
