Hi,
I’ve installed your plugin but now my elementor editor is loading really slow or not at all. That is resolved if I deactivate your plugin. Do you guys know what the problem is?
Kind regards,
Dennis van Gulik

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Please check if PHP values are not too low to handle the processes.
You can check that by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server
If the values are low, please contact your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M Max input time: 150 PHP time limit: 120 PHP max input variables: 1000
Let us know if the issue persists.
Looking forward to helping you.

Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I was able to replicate the issue on your site.
Allow me to escalate this ticket to our dev team to further check the issue. You should hear from us shortly.
We really appreciate your patience in the meantime.
Thanks.
Alright thank you. Im using the Google Site Kit now for the google conntection, I haven’t tried another SEO plugin.
Hello,
We tried multiple combinations on your website and the only plugin that caused a decrease in performance when we have Rank Math enabled was the JetElements for Elementor.
When using only Rank Math and both plugins from Elementor (Free and PRO) we could load the page just fine.
Having said that we could also see that there were some issues with mixed content on your pages and that could indicate an improperly configured SSL certificate so that’s also something to look into.
After you have checked that please revert back to us so we can do some further debugging to the performance issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Hi,
I don’t get any notifications about mixed media? I’ve checked as well and couldn’t find any problems. Do you have some way to check it more thoroughly?
So for you guys it was Jet Elements? Alright. I’ve no problems with Jet Elements turned on actually. Rank Math was the only one that significantly slowed down the website. In short, I can use JetElements along with my other plugins and Rank math makes everything slow down, editor-wise, in combination with my other plugins.
But I reckon that having JetElements turned on, in combination with Premium Addons and the Elementor Pro Addons, that the editor has a lot to load nonetheless.Let me know if you have another way of checking mixed media errors or if you know where they are. IN the meantime I think I just cant use RankMath as I am editting.
Thank you for all your work, it’s really appreciated.
Hello,
We found the warnings about the mixed content by checking the browser console error where we also found a lot of errors coming up that could potentially cause some slowdowns.
To access this on Google Chrome you can go to Settings > More Tools > Developer Tools.
The combination that caused the biggest issues on the website was Elementor + JetElements + Rank Math and if we disable JetElements we can immediately see that the performance improves by quite some margin.
You can also try disabling all the Rank Math modules and perform another check to see if there’s a specific module causing this issue.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
