when you say “pages”, does it mean post and page? or hoempage?

Since you are using the blog page as the homepage, and can’t edit it directly, you will need to get in touch with your theme’s author to add an H1 tag to your homepage.
However, the tests are only for your reference and you can ignore them in such cases.
