  • Hello,

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I can check that the HTTP version of your robots.txt file is redirecting to the HTTPS version. Can you please confirm where are you seeing the HTTP version of the robots.txt file?

    Looking forward to helping you.

This has affected my search ranking for a while now. Why should it be redirected to another one? Why not make it not to redirect to another domain rather direct to https://savinggadgets.com/robots.txt?
I am also experiencing this issue on my https://www.wholegadgets.com. please help

    Hello,

Your robots.txt file is working fine. It is not redirecting to any other domain. You can check your robots.txt file with this tool: https://technicalseo.com/tools/robots-txt/

The robots.txt file is for search engine crawlers and since all the rules are fine inside it, it can’t have any bad effect on your site’s indexing.

Hope this clarifies your doubts. Let us know if you need any other assistance.

    Thanks.

    Alright. Thank you so much.
