    Good afternoon, last week one of your tech people help me resolve why our Free version of Rank Math went flat line. I gave my username and password and they made an update. It appears it has flatlined again as of the 22nd. Any reason for this? thank you.

    Please check if cron jobs are working on your website or not, you can use the WP-Crontrol plugin to check that.

    In order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cron jobs working and enabled in your installation.

    If the cron jobs are working, check if there is a pending Scheduled Action, head over to your WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:
    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

    Run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.
