The only types of Schema that can read the data from the posts are the Article Schema and its variations as well as the WooCommerce Product Schema.
This is done this way because in order to fetch the details properly it requires some custom logic to prevent, for example, the price and currency to be inserted in the Service Type Schema or something similar to this which would render the markup incorrect.
The custom logic we have currently is only tailored to the schemas previously mentioned.
All others require some sort of manual intervention for some of its data to appear on the post/page list view on your WordPress dashboard.
