    Hi,

You are getting that on the isRelateTo property because you are showing related products under your main product page. You main product’s image is added just fine:
    null

Google Structured data testing tool throws warning but it’s a false positive. In isRelatedTo field only product name and URL is required. You can check this in the new Google Rich Snippet testing tool: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results

Still, if you want to remove the isRelatedTo then please add below filter code in his theme’s functions.php file: https://pastebin.com/aYj88Q5j

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Hi. Thanks I can see the related product images are showing the errors. My question is around: although my main product image is uploaded correctly and the plugin settings are correct – Why does it not show an image on a Google Search result page as shown in the original post?

Bro If you use JEtPack then Turn off Image accelerator

Okey dokey – I do use JetPack. Do you think this is related to the problem I’m (trying) to describe or is this general advice?

    Hi Martin,

    Thanks for the reply.

Yes this could be related, please disable this feature and let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

Ok thanks guys I have disabled this, I will let you know if I see an image on mobile search results. Presumably it may take a little while for changes to take effect.

    Hi Martin,

    Thanks for the follow up.

Yes it may take a while to appear on the SERP but if there are no more errors or warnings on the structured data testing tool then you can use the preview option to see how the snippet will look like on the SERP.

    I hope this info helps.

    Thanks Michael,

I’m not sure which preview you mean, but if you mean within the wordpress product page, it doesn’t show an image.

    See here:
    null

    Hi there,

Thank you for the follow up.

I am sorry for that, the feature I was hinting at does not actually show image previews.

Please give this a few days and let us know if the images will be updated.
