    Rank Math Team,

May I know if the payment through credit card is a one-time payment? The subscription fee for the subsequent years will be charged to the same card?

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

This is a subscription-based payment, meaning that each year the same amount would be taken from the card used to make the initial purchase.

Having said that, you have the option of cancelling that recurring payment at any time by following this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/cancel-subscription/

Cancelling the subscription would continue to grant you access to the PRO plugin until the current billing period lasts.

Hope this helps clarify your doubts.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

When re-activate the subscription, does it charge to the card used to make the initial purchase? or there is an option for using another card?

    Hello,

It uses the card used to make the first subscription by default but you can change your payment methods from FastSpring to update to a new card.

Inside your account, you’ll have an option to change the payment method.

You just need to click the link mentioned here: https://rankmath.com/kb/cancel-subscription/#num-2-change-payment-methods

Then, follow the on-screen steps to update the payment method in FastSpring.

On this page, instead of cancelling you can update the payment method: https://rankmath.com/kb/cancel-subscription/#num-5-cancel-rank-math-pro-subscription

Hope this helps clarify your doubts.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
