Please follow these steps to fix the issue:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, clear your website and browser cache and check the sitemap.

You can check the source code of the blank/white page.
If the source code of the sitemap page is empty, there must be a conflict with another plugin or the theme. You can use the Health Check plugin to determine which plugin or theme is causing this.

I cannit view the source code. right-clicking does nothing.
With element, the only thing displayed is xml-stylsheet
there are the following errors

Rank Math is generating the XML sitemap just fine, because when you view the page source, it displays all the files and XML markups needed to generate the file. Also, no issues were detected by the XML sitemap validator tool.
However, there might be some interference with the Rank Math output, it could be because of a static file with the same name as your sitemap file. If there’s any file on your server by that name, access your server via FTP and delete the file. It should resolve this issue.
If you are unable to find any XML sitemap file then please follow the instructions mentioned by my colleague above.
