Rank Math allows you to enter up to 5 focus keywords per post. This means you can optimize your post for 5 different keywords and attract a lot more traffic as compared to what you would if you optimize for 1 focus keyword.
The keywords entered on the focus keyword field are used as a pivot for the Rank Math tests and thus adding more keywords would mean that you need to modify/optimize the content for these keywords to maintain your page score.
We would recommend that you have a manageable number of focus keywords.

The first focus keyword is the primary keyword. The secondary keywords are variations of your primary focus keywords.
