To enable the Local SEO for your site, head over to Rank Math > Dashboard and make sure that the Local SEO Module is enabled:
Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

Also, the PRO Version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight. You will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work.

p.s.: How will property group vs property affect the schema structure? Is this for readability or does the Hierarchie affect the function?
The difference between properties and property groups is quite simple. When properties can be organized in a logical way, it is better to put them in a group.

Since the new RankMath update to Version 1.0.74 I am unable to edit my schema templates. Clicking ‘edit’ will load an empty page.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

I have attempted to use the schema builder but keep on getting an error on the schema.org validator.
At the top of the code it says:
@type | Unspecified Type (The @type is required and cannot be an empty string.)
It is displayed on line 4 of the code (Where the group title is entered in the form)
I believe that the Local SEO module must have changed since the instructions were written. I do not have all options described in the instructions nor do I have the Local Business Schema.

Regarding the missing fields, what fields exactly are you missing?
The error you saw about the Schema is because you didn’t add a type to the Schema and that is a required property so that everything is correctly identified.

I did not expect for support to take 18 hours to get on this. So, yes, the link expired. I shall re-enable it now.
I am missing the following:
– Local Business Schema
– All ‘pro’ fields in Local SEO (Hide Opening Hours, Closed label, Open 24/7 label, open 24hr label, measurement system, map style,Maximum Number of Locations to Show etc….
– The error on the custom schema occurred before the property fields on line 4. It was showing an error on Schema.org only
Additionally, when saving a schema as a template from the divi builder page, it does not save.
Are you guys serious? Is anyone working in the support department?

We tried to login into your website’s admin area but the logins still seem to be expired.
I am missing the following:
– Local Business Schema
– All ‘pro’ fields in Local SEO (Hide Opening Hours, Closed label, Open 24/7 label, open 24hr label, measurement system, map style,Maximum Number of Locations to Show etc….
These options are displayed when “Organization” is selected in the Person or Company option under your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > TItles & Meta > Local SEO. Could you please confirm if you’ve selected “Person” in the above option?

To answer your question, yes, Organization was selected.
I have since uninstalled the plugin and tried to re-install the updated version which now gives me the following error:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Yes, please share the logins of the affected sub-domain also. As for the fetal error, could you please provide us the error logs or the FTP login?
Having an error log will help us determine what is causing the fatal error on your website.
