Dear sir/madam,

The google sitelinks are not showing up in Google, while I entered all information correct. Could the cause be that I have a maintenance plugin enabled (WP Maintenance Mode plugin)?

Yes, that could be a reason but please note that it is totally up to Google to add/remove Sitelinks to/from any website. Getting the sitelinks is an automatic process. Basically, you just have to have enough authority and backlinks for Google to deem your website worthy of those sitelinks.
