I am experiencing the same problem. This started after the latest Gutenberg update.

It seems like you are using the standalone Gutenberg plugin. Can you please switch to the in-built block editor of WP 5.0+? That will the issue immediately.
Gutenberg standalone plugin was meant to show users a preview of the block editor on WP 4.9. Then, WP 5.0 launched with the block editor built-in and there was no need to have the Gutenberg plugin.
The easiest way to understand is that you disable the plugin for a few minutes, take a look if any changes at all and then decide what you want to do.
If you do not wish to disable the Gutenberg plugin, you can wait for the update from Rank Math.
