    Earlier today I wanted to switch from Yoast to RankMatch but when I tried to install RankMatch my site completely crashed, had to go into php and set active_plugins to a:0:{} just to gain access to my website again.

    I’ve read quite a few articles now on how to fix the rankmatch crashing your website issue but still found no way to fix this issue…

    I run the ‘Essentials’ theme, use Elementor Pro, NitroPack and a few other plugins. As far as I know I’ve got all the requirements for RankMatch to work and everything is updated. Please fix it for me so I can use it without an issue.

    I even ran Repair Action Scheduler but it gave a message saying:
    “The Repair Action Scheduler could not run because the repair database schema is obsolete.

    No actions performed.

    The Repair Action Scheduler plugin has been automatically deactivated.”

    Hello,

    At the moment the website is returning a 500 status error code and we can’t access any portions of the page.

    Please verify the situation and also add FTP credentials to the sensitive data section so that we can continue debugging further.

    I have disabled all plugins and the website should work again. Once you activate RankMath plugin again the same error will occur. In the sensitive data I’ve put the ftp username, hostname and port. Let me know if you need any other information, thanks!

    Hello,

    You didn’t provide the FTP password and we obviously need that to have FTP access to the website to be able to change some code in the plugin and deactivate it via FTP if necessary.

    Please update the sensitive data section with the necessary information.

    Hello,

    We solved the issue on your website by adding the auto-increment flag to the Action Scheduler tables which were missing those.

    Now we recommend that you go through the Setup Wizard to import any settings from your previous SEO plugin and set the plugin completely.

    You can access the Setup Wizard by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Setup Wizard.
