Unable to Change Permalink for Author Profile

Hi,

I’ve tried to change permalink for author profile on my website. But whenever after changing the permalink I update my user profile, I saw that the permalink hasn’t changed. It’s become as previous url. I’ve facing this issue in updating author profile. How I can resolve this?
