1. Do it’s automatic translate the website or should I create an Arabic article?
2. Do I have to update the sitemap for GSC to update it?

I will do my best to answer your questions below:
- WPML has a function to automatically translate content. However, the hand writtern translations are usually better.
- As long as you have submitted your sitemap index to GSC, you do not need to make any changes
- Translations should not affect the performance of your content in English.
- WPML creates a duplicate page for each translation, so if you initially had 50 pages adding translation for one language would bring the total to 100 pages.
