You were adding this manually on your theme and that’s why you were seeing this additional title tag on your website. We removed that for now to fix the issue.
Also, it seems that the theme header.php file was heavily modified and some things are not properly set up such as the meta tags that are appearing after the closing body tag.
We would recommend that you take a closer look at those things and fix them. If you are not familiar with that please get in touch with the theme provider or a developer to help with this.
