redirection issue - Support

Hello,

I have an issue regarding URL redirections.

Some of them are working fine, but others didn’t do well.

For example, I recently redirected this Olrd article URL : https://blog-gestion-de-projet.com/resoudre-les-problemes Towards this new article URL : https://blog-gestion-de-projet.com/methode-de-resolution-de-probleme/

Although I see the redirection is well written, the problem is When I click on the redirected one (first URL), I see a blank page.

Same with this old redirected URL as well : https://blog-gestion-de-projet.com/strategie (towards https://blog-gestion-de-projet.com/strategie-dentreprise/)

I checked the URLs and also tested it with this tool and it seems like the redirection is not yet applied/active.

Please double-check the redirection and see if it is correctly applied.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Thank you for that information.

I’ve checked the /resoudre-les-problemes URL, and the redirect is not created. Please see the newly added redirect in Rank Math > Redirections which is already working fine.

For /strategie, this issue leads to an attachment with the same URL that’s why the redirect is not working since the Redirect Attachments option is enabled on your site. Here’s the screenshot of the file:

Please reupload the image with a different file name and see if the redirect issue will be resolved.
