you plugin’s bug, the two functions(Strip Category Base and 404 monitor)can not work together!
now, sometimes, my website show me 404 page, but i already closed the Strip Category Base and 404 monitor and 301 functions

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it looks like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
