The plugin you mentioned would be conflicting since their plugin features are also offered by Rank Math.
However, you can disable Rank Math’s generated title meta tag by adding this filter on your site:
add_filter( 'rank_math/frontend/title','__return_false');
In case you wanted Rank Math to generate the title meta tag, you can get in touch with that plugin development team to disable the title tag being generated by them.

the solution proposed removes all titles, I want to remove the title of only one page, would that be possible?

It’s likely that the plugin in question is calling the wp_head action to add the titles and since our plugin also calls that to add the necessary SEO-specific tags and markup the titles might be getting duplicate.
Please get in touch with the plugin developers and see if there’s a filter to disable the title generation from their side to prevent duplication.
If you disable the call to the wp_head from Rank Math you’ll lose all the meta tags and Schema so that is not recommended to disable from Rank Math.
