1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. Clear your website and browser’s cache and see if that fixes the issue.

It doesn’t make any sense.
We’re not supposed to flush the sitemap every time we update a post/page. In my case, I already excluded the sitemap from the cache but still, I have to flush the sitemap.

Your sitemap is loading fine on my end. Also, I can see 13 blog posts in thepost-sitemap.xml and 8 URLs in the page-sitemap.xml.
If you are still not able to access the sitemap then please try deleting your browser cache or use incognito mode, and visit your sitemap again.
