1. Too many H1 headings implicate that more than one HTML H1 tag has been used on the page. It is a recommended SEO practice to use only one H1 tag per page. Having more than one H1 tag may result in poor search performance. To fix this, you should remove additional H1 tags from your page.
2. You can fix this problem by adding a default OpenGraph image via WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta and assign a default OG thumbnail as shown below:
