    Hello,
    a couple of minutes ago I requestet to change my account data and
    create a new password.
    I got the pasword but for reasons that I can’t undertand there is
    no rspond to what I have asked to be fixed!

    I have a real problem: since weeks I tried to fix this issue with Bhanu
    and supoort – but you have possible not even read by requets!
