Please share your sitemap URL to check. You can add it in the sensitive data section.
For initial troubleshooting, please make sure that your sitemap is not getting cached. Please follow these steps:
1. Ensure you’re using the latest version of your plugins/theme including Rank Math.
2. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

3. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once your sitemap is already working, remove all the sitemaps submitted and resubmit your main sitemap only /sitemap_index.xml and give Google some time to recrawl your site.
