Can you please share the affected URL in the sensitive data section so we can check and assist you further?
Also, ensure that the image you’ve set is of the recommended dimensions (i.e, 1200px X 630px) and of the supported image types (jpeg, png, and gif).
Setting the image following the above points should fix the issue.
If the og:image tag is not added in the page source, then assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
