Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
The transition from Yoast should be quite smooth with no data loss. You will need to install Rank Math when Yoast is already activated and then head over to Rank Math > Import / Export and you will find an option to migrate all your Yoast Settings to Rank Math. Once the import process completes, you can safely deactivate Yoast, and Rank Math will be automatically be populated with your previous SEO settings.
Please note that the data is also backed up in your database and you can easily roll back should any issues come up.

Hello. I wonder if I have not correctly expressed myself. I have both rankmath and yoast seo already for over 1 year. From Yoast I only need to import SEO title and SEO Meta Description. I have looked up the import options in rankmath and can see options to import
Import Settings
Import Post Meta
Import Term Meta
Import Author Meta
Import Redirections
Import Blocks
Import Locations
Import News Settings
Import Video Sitemap Settings
But please imagine, I have a product, it was completely written rankmath freindly with a score of 82. My marketing guy did SEO title and SEO Meta Description for this product after product was created and done using rankmath.
If I import from rankmath, the data that is written in rank math will not be overwritten?
Is it possible to only import SEO title and SEO Meta Description?

Thank you for the explanation, it helped understand your situation.
The default Rank Math import function will import all data from Yoast and overwrite the Rank Math data. As you are importing only the SEO Title and SEO description from Yoast you will need a custom solution that pulls only those two fields from Yoast to replace the Rank Math fields.
