I’ve checked the URLs you have shared using Google’s Rich Results test tool, and the error showing is the Missing field "logo".
Could you please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO and verify if you have already added your website’s logo?
If not yet, please upload your logo and clear your website and AMP cache and check again using the tool.

The logo you added doesn’t follow the minimum required size.
Please use a logo with at least 160×90 pixels in size so that the Schema can be updated properly and accordingly.

After some further debugging we noticed that your AMP plugin doesn’t have the option to add the logo to the AMP pages as the option that we are compatible with has.
Our plugin is fully compatible with the following: https://wordpress.org/plugins/accelerated-mobile-pages/
We suggest this plugin for full compatibility with Rank Math.

Yes, the pages are now passing the tests, and don’t throw any errors.
The only thing to note is that with this plugin the AMP pages are available via the ?amp query string so the URL changed a bit.
