Cant connect to Analytics

    Rank Math free

    In the wizard, I select Google SRC.

    After that, I select my GA account and it is correct.

    Next, I try to select my domain from the Property dropdown box but it is NOT in the list…

    I don’t get it. Am I doing something wrong?

    Could you please confirm if you’re not using GA4 on your site?

    If a website is using GA4, we do not show that in the dropdown at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.

    It is GA 4 but I have other sites running. The guide you have on this is rather confusing. It says:

    Using Google Analytics 4 Property with Rank Math Analytics

    And in this guide, you refer to Advanced settings – which I do not have.

    Hello,

    You need to click on the Show advanced option link to get the Advanced options and enable the Create a Universal Analytics property.

    As I mentioned – I do not have any Advanced Options settings.

    Hello,

    You are modifying an existing GA4 property. Please create a new property and you should be able to see the advanced option to enable Universal Property. Please refer to this video screencast instead: https://i.rankmath.com/jlNd4p

    Its been running for 10 days but Analytics doesn’t register anything at all. If I check the site from another computer I should be able to see On line users in Analytics. But nothing happens…

    Hello,

    I checked the page source of your website, the Analytics tracking code is not present on the website.

    Please make sure that you have created a Universal Analytics property and Google Account is connected to Rank Math and the Install Analytics code option is enabled at Rank Math > General settings > Analytics.
