    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a different credit card instead.

    You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.

    Yes i have ensured. Am sure this issue is due to location that i am based right now.

    If you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable that and use your actual ISP to make the purchase.

    Also, make sure that the country shown in the top right corner of your screen when purchasing is referred to your actual location.

    Why can i not just give you my card and you complete the purchase

    As you already know, I have contacted the payment processor, “fastspring” My take was that, they have their policy and gave me about a 30 days wait time.

    We totally understand what you mean and we are very sorry that you are unable to make the purchase now. But as we mentioned, this is not something we have control over.

    If you have a friend or a relative with an eligible card, we would recommend asking them to make a purchase on your behalf.

    What i dont understand is that, i have used the same card to buy theme on Ocean WP which is till fast spring.

    So i will suggest that rank math should include other payment methods like bitcoin or even stripe. As some payment methods like fastsprings hold and suspend payments depending on their Algorithms i think .

    Thats my own point,
    My card works on all platforms.
