Hi there,
Me again – so I tried to see if it was one of the plugins and it is not that then I did the Google console error check and I get this:

Have no idea what that means – I am a basic WordPress website builder have no code knowledge – does this means there is something going wrong?
The strange thing is the pages I created the other day saved the keywords etc perfectly fine and today they wont so please help!!

This issue is happening on your website because the firewall is blocking access to the route used to save the metadata on your website.
When we try to access the route: https://yourdomain.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user we get a 403 error from your Wordfence firewall.
Please make sure that you whitelist that following the steps here: https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/#firewall
