SEO Performance tab expected to show results even in Free version?

Hi, we have a successful install with Google Analytics & Search Console permissions setup. Data fetch also seems to work and on the “Analytics -> Dashboard” and “Analytics -> Site Analytics” tabs of Rank Math we do see SEO score numbers.

However the “SEO Performance” tab (and also the corresponding box in the dashboard) only show “0” for all metrics. We have already gone through the recommended processes of rebuilding index, reconnecting Google account etc. but still don’t see any numbers.

Is it correct that when all is working 100% we should indeed see numbers for this tab, even though we only use the Free version of Rank Math?

Also, we do have a special setup with this site, the WP Admin interface is hosted on a different subdomain (“admin.ourdomainname”) while the site itself is accessible to users directy at “www.ourdomainname” for security reasons when the site was built some years ago.
Could this be a factor, since the Rank Math SEO metrics might look for “admin.” entries in the connected Google account – while this would obviously only contain “www.” entries?

Could you please give us clarification on the expected behaviour in the Free version?

    Thanks,
    Daniel

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

Yes, you should see data in the SEO Performance tab in the Free version of Rank Math. Some data like Top Winning and Losing sections would remain blocked but you should see the Search Console data in the overview, graph, and Content sections of the SEO Performance tab.

As you’ve already reconnected your website and the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
