I have installed Robots.txt, but Rankmath indicating Robots.txt is missing. Please resolve this issue

Please check if you can access the robots.txt file at https://yourdomain.com/robots.txt

If the robots.txt is working and the SEO Analysis is not updating, clear the SEO Analysis cache by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Clear SEO Analysis

Once done, clear the website and browser cache and re-run the SEO Analysis.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Thanks for the reply. I have checked https://fortuneread.com/robots.txt, but it says the URL was not found. I have installed and edited robots. This is my edited robots

Hello,

Your robots.txt is accessible on my end and it seems to be working fine. If you are unable to access the robots.txt, this could be because of your browser cache. Please delete your browser cache or visit your robots.txt via incognito mode or a different browser.

Thanks for the reply. Now I can check https://fortuneread.com/robots.txt, but in the word press rank math SEO analysis, still, it’s mentioning robot.txt is missing.

Hello,

I checked your site with our External SEO Analyzer and it is passing the robots.txt test:

Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and Flush the SEO Analysis Data. Run the analysis again and the issue should be resolved after that.
