In the PRO version, you have the option to bulk redirect pages and you can apply that to all your products and set a 410 redirect to another page such as the shop page or the homepage.
Apart from this, we don’t have any other options in the Free or PRO version to bulk change the status code or redirect any pages.
Also, if you are trying to remove the products from Google, having them return a 404 error is also accepted as Google can read that correctly and start de-indexing those pages.
