I checked and figured out that the issue is being caused by your theme Extra. The theme is overwriting the meta tags added by Rank Math.
Please contact the devs of the theme and inform them about the issue. They will be able to help you resolve this.

Hi, I heard Elegant Themes customer support, here is their answer
“I can see the problem. Actually, if you enable custom Title under the Extra settings it works correctly, and if it’s disabled then WordPress loads its own default Title. I’m not sure why RankMath can’t override that default title.
To be super clear about it, you can simply switch to the default WordPress theme and you’ll see exactly the same behaviour which means it’s not a theme related plugin, but should be investigated further by RankMath support.”

That is actually coming from the layout from the Extra theme for the homepage that you have on your website.
If you go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading and select the default homepage to be the latest posts option from WordPress and use a default theme you’ll see that we can definitely override the default title.
However, since you are using a layout from that theme specifically we can’t hook into that and make the necessary changes to the title of that page.

I think this is a big problem for many other users as well.
I wanted to report this problem that I encountered. I do not change the layout of the site due to a bug.
For now, pending an update, I’ll be using another plugin.
